MARCH GATHERINGS
The first prayer breakfast in our nation took place in Seattle on April 19, 1935. The world was in great need, as it surely is today.
The last two years have shown that there is a significant need to connect with people where they live and/or work.
This year this annual tradition will move from one centralized location in a downtown ballroom to local communities. Instead, people will gather in homes, businesses, community centers and churches. This shift allows all throughout King County (and beyond!) to participate, with people inviting neighbors, colleagues, family and friends to join in a simple meal in order to love, care and pray for one another.
As we prepare for April 19th, during the month of March people throughout King County are gathering to pray over every city.
